Because this product is delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF after purchase, all sales are final. Once your payment has been completed and the PDF has been delivered, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• You did not receive the download due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• You accidentally purchased the same eBook multiple times.
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations
